After placing your order, a eliercosmetics.com representative will contact you within 24 hours (in work days from 10.00 – 19.00) to agree on the most convenient time and place to receive the product.

To find out the exact delivery costs of your order, place all items in the virtual shopping cart and go to “Shopping Cart”. Choose a delivery place and the system will indicate the exact delivery costs of your order.

Return of goods

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia gives the buyer the right to return the purchased product within 14 calendar days. When returning the product, the provisions of the Law “Consumer Protection” must be observed. The consumer is responsible for the preservation and quality of the goods within the allowed return period. If the customer rejects the product, the delivery fee is not refunded.

eliercosmetics.com does not accept returned goods with damaged packaging or in a used state.
