Right of withdrawal

1. The right of withdrawal is the consumer’s right to unilaterally withdraw from the Distance Contract (reject the order) within a specified period of time, without paying a contractual penalty, interest, or damages. 2. The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days. The period of exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be counted from the day when the consumer has received the product or part of the product (s). 3. Payment by bank transfer

In case of choosing this payment, after placing the order in the BDKLaboratory e-shop, a prepaid invoice will be sent to the e-mail address specified by you, which must be paid within 7 days. When executing a payment order, don’t forget to indicate the prepaid invoice number. The product will be delivered to you as soon as we have received the bank transfer.

Payment with PAYPAL

When making a payment with PayPal, after you have placed the order, you will be automatically connected to the PayPal website, where you must make the payment from your PayPal account.
